Las Palapas serves decent food, including the popular Okie Burrito, and offers good value for the price. While service can be inconsistent, some servers, like Gabby, provide excellent and friendly service. However, some customers have experienced poor service, including long wait times and rude staff. Despite its flaws, the restaurant has its fans and may be worth a visit.
