Taco Bell in College Station

“I normally come to this establishment during the day.But last night I had a hankering for some tacos when I walked into the establishment , I was immediately greeted by cashier the cashier was very attentive to my need. Her name is layla Since I have allergies she took my order was very sweet and even relayed.Back the allergy information to the people , preparing the food the entire restaurant was clean in the energy was high.They were busy at that moment.But every person on that shift last night , including the night shift manager was doing exactly what they needed to do to get things handled professionally courteously , and as nice as humanly possible i have never had an issue coming in here during the day.And now I can officially say that the day and the night crew of this establishment are all rockstars whoever the g m for this restaurant is keep up the good work you have made yourself in all star team i want to thank everybody that was working last night.The general manager and especially layla , that new cashier , sheis absolutely amazing.“

“I love going to this location. Mrs. Tonya was eximirary in the experience that she provided. We have been coming to this location for over 4 months since we have moved into the neighborhood. And every interaction no matter the time or day she provides the same energy and attention on ever visit. In addition augustin who I do not believe to be involved in customer service, we have noticed his hard work and he says hello to us as well always seems happy to be working at his job and Mrs Tonya makes sure to point out to us his extreme help to her. We love this location and these two employees and believe they should be recognized for their hard work.“

“I wanted to share my experience today, alejandrina customer service was amazing from greeting once I came to the drive thru to leaving. She had such a great attitude these are the type of workers I love to see that give you such a great experience and atmosphere, she was very helpful I am a very picky eater and she was very helpful in trying to figure out what to get. Will be back to this taco bell for sure!.“

“No one asked me to write this review but I felt compelled because of all the negative reviews. I come to this Taco Bell often (like 3 times a week) and order through the mobile app and they always get my order right and the food is hot. They forgot a burrito and immediately made it for me the next day no questions asked. Not so sure why there are so many negative reviews, nothing but good things to say.“
