Taco Bell in Bryan

“Taco Bell as a whole is overpriced and the servings are measly for what they charge. The good news is this location has friendly staff and they rarely mess up my order. We modify everything we order so it's bound to get messed up occasionally but they're quick to fix it when it happens and usually offer a free dessert or something for the trouble.“

“Might be the best taco Bell in town now! So happy this one opened on 21! I have only done drive through but the staff was great, knew what was up, and all my food came out right! Zero complaints! I hope they keep it up but you know we will eat there either way!“

“I have never gotten Customer Service quite like this and it truly was top-tier. The lady that took my order told her name was Fern. She was extremely welcoming and had a very bubbly personality. I understand how difficult it is to work in customer service, especially fast food but ferns customer service was very impressive and welcoming. I told her she definitely deserves a raise for how she treats customers. :)“

“I don't often eat at Taco Bell, but was meeting someone here for an online purchase. I decided to go in and grab a drink and maybe something to eat. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the restaurant was and was even more surprised at the level of service. I was greeted when I came in, was waited on immediately and the young lady behind the counter was friendly and polite. Great experience and if I find myself in the area again, will definitely stop in.“
