Taco Bell in Katy

“This is our go to Taco Bell. Ehen my son's come home from college, there is at least one meal from this Taco Bell. Apparently, this Taco Bell is better than the ones that are located close to their college campuses. The typical order is a Box with a Baja Blast.“

“I love Taco Bell and have had many wonderful experiences eating at Taco Bell restaurants. They have the absolute right combination of proteins and vegetables at very reasonable prices. And of course, there are their wonderful staff. This place was also exceptional in this respect. I am an old man and I was treated as if I were the grandfather of the staff. They were polite and nice in the extreme. I will be back whenever I am in the neighborhood. And I would Assure anyone who wishes to eat there that they would also come away as happy as I was.“

“Came here recently for a late dinner, food came out great and didn’t have to wait too long for it. One of the things I like most about Taco Bell is the order kiosks inside as I can easily order without having to worry about any miscommunication.
The one thing I will suggest is continuing to decorate the dining area and having workers regularly clean it (removing scraps off tables, taking trash out, etc) as it makes the environment more welcoming to customers. As someone who works in fast food, people will come back to the establishment when they feel comfortable.
Don’t be turned away from the majority of the negative reviews, just remain patient and kind to the workers as working fast food isn’t as easy as most people think it is, especially for people who haven’t had to work in that kind of environment. Keep up the good work! 👍👍“

“never in my life have I had such a large order come out so fast everything was correct not to mention. I got two combo orders and four things of cheese and chips and my order was out in less than what felt like five minutes. We’re realistically probably 10 minutes, but never have I ever had something out so fast not only that I wasn’t given shit like I have been at other Taco Bell’s for ordering even though it was about 20 minutes to close definitely gonna go to this Taco Bell rather than my closer one“

“My favorite Taco bell branch so far! Food was tasty, it was served hot and fresh. It didnt take long for them to serve our order. The staff was nice and friendly towards us while making our order. Overall the whole place just felt like a vibe! Definitely will be coming back soon“
