“They replaced the person who receives your order in the drive-thru with an AI brick. You can hear when the AI messes up, an employee has to rush over to cover for it. If AI is for convenience, why does it make things for the employees more complicated?“
“Went for a late night meal. There was a line in the drive thru but it moved quickly. The crew was young but even at 1am they were professional, upbeat, and worked well together. My food was prepared correctly, it was fresh, and was hot when I was handed the bag. They also made sure to add all the extras in the bag and asked if I needed anything else before I pulled off. I will definitely visit this location again. No pics of the food because I ate it right there in the parking lot which was clean and well lit!“
“Refreshing to walk into a Taco Bell and be greeted by a person wanting to take my order versus a filthy kiosk screen. First time eating at any Taco Bell in months because I would rather go elsewhere then use a kiosk.
My food was ready before I could fill my drink. Restaurant smelled more like a KFC (its a Taco Bell/ KFC Co branded restaurant). I will come back until kiosks are installed.“
