Taco Bell in Pasadena

“I went in on Friday and I have to say, amazing customer service. Your cashier, Elizabeth, was just the sweetest person ever and made me feel welcomed. Whoever is in charge, give that girl a raise! I WILL be coming back again soon, and I hope she serves me yet again. Elizabeth was just so sweet, friendly, cute, patient, and most importantly, gave amazing customer service. I think stores need more people like her! She was a step above the rest that day; don't let her hard work go unnoticed.“

“If I eat taco bell, it's always at this location. Taco bell is dope, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my order was wrong. I got a beefy 5 layer burrito instead of a different item I ordered. And I got one of those burritos that have rice in them instead of the OTHER item I ordered. I didn't check my order until I got home, and I wasn't about to waste gas and drive back to swap it. So I just ate it. Thats the only problem I've ever had. Other than that they're legit.

Vegetarian options: Nothing is vegetarian here lol.

Dietary restrictions: Avoid place if you have acid reflux or heartburn or indigestion issues.

Parking: Drive thru available

Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly. As far as I know, they have never had a problem with kids. Kids don't seem to have a problem with them either. They keep it G.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, if you are in a wheelchair it is possible and fairly easy to gain access into the facility.“

“I’ve always had pretty good service ordering on the app and picking up in the drive through. The manager is stingy but the kids at the drive through are always nice. The location is easy right off of the beltway and close from the neighborhoods.“

“It's taco bell.. but this particular restaurant location always gives me fresh food and smiles no matter how busy or slow they are. The employees here go the extra mile. I usually take my food to go, but this restaurant is so clean I've started eating in. Keep up the great work folks. Corporate may not always recognize your exceptional work but your customers do.“
