“Haven't really had a bad meal, but I do have to dock a star here. The last 3 times that I have been to this location, I have ordered a custard cookie each time. I still haven't tried one because they are never included with my meal. It's not worth it for me to go back over there after I get home.
Just do better so your customers get what they pay for.

Today it was pouring rain and they had multiple employees walking customers to their cars holding an umbrella for them. If thats not 5 star service I don't know what is.“

“I've been lied to my whole life about LJS. This place has good quality food with more than fair prices! We had the fish, popcorn shrimp, regular shrimp, chicken, coleslaw, crab cakes, French fries, green beans, and hushpuppies with only the fries being slightly lackluster. The service was good, the lobby was clean, the music was good 🎵. Don't let people convince you this place is bad because holy cow it isn't. You also get to ring a bell if they did a good job which I just enjoy 😁“

“I was there last night appx around 10:30pm with my son , doing a late DoorDash. There was this young girl (didn’t get her name), but she was young Hispanic female with black hair, and she was absolutely the sweetest and attentive , her customer service was great! Thank you for treating my son so kindly ❤“

“There was only two people working and the drive through was crazy and with it being Easter tomorrow..the cashier and the cook were on par with everything..her name was Alicia and she was super sweet and very well mannered ..not sure of the cooks name..this was like at 10:30 at night the day before Easter.“

“I visited this Subway location today and ordered 2 subs, a 6 inch veggie delite and a footlong turkey sub. My turkey sub was made alright, a little too salty, but no big deal. However, my 6 inch sub for my fiancee was made incorrectly, which was extremely disappointing, especially considering the staff member had repeated the order back to me, which just confirms that he knows what he did wrong. The six inch was also strangely much smaller than usual.
As somebody who tips after their meal, don't expect me to leave a tip for poor service and an incorrect meal.
I also noticed a very anti-homeless sign on the door, which is extremely distasteful and heartless.
Aside from this, though, this Subway location is located in the heart of downtown Bryan. The interior is beautiful with an open design.“

“It's a clean Burger King. Outside of that it's a pretty standard typical by the book BK; pleasant, courteous, hard-working staff. Easy access right off the street, one of the Stop and Rob gas and gulp combos with modest parking of spaces right next to the building with a concrete walkway acting as a curb. I got the usual, I paid what passes for not bad modern prices and I received my very freshly cooked tasty yummy order after a few minutes late. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.“

“I’ve been here multiple times and my god the customer service is amazing! The workers there not only serve chicken but also tacos, burritos, etc! I’ve tried all the food in different occasions and it’s really good! The taco/burrito section varies with meats and other things everyday so there’s usually something new to try every day! That’s already amazing! The chicken is indeed… “krispy” n “crunchy!” it’s full of flavor and the right size! In my opinion it’s the goldilocks of chicken! “My husband went to get me some oatmeal this morning, and he drops it off with me, and I get some dry oats. No one will answer the phone; they now have a voice mail set up. I guess they're tired of all the complaints. I used to not get a spoon, but dry oats are a new issue. I'll be contacting the owner. It's always good to know people who know people.“

“I have never gotten Customer Service quite like this and it truly was top-tier. The lady that took my order told her name was Fern. She was extremely welcoming and had a very bubbly personality. I understand how difficult it is to work in customer service, especially fast food but ferns customer service was very impressive and welcoming. “2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.“

“Always delicious. I always order pick up from the app & it's always ready on time (at this Walmart center). Fairly often-they will close 30-45 mins earlier than the posted hours. However, the stand alone store is a better quality experience than the inside Walmart location.

He is the only employee here that I have seen that washed his hands before preparing my meal and cleaned up behind himself throughout making my food. He said yes maam the entire time and was so respectful. He was perfect at his job. He didn't make my sandwich look rushed. He took his time and made it look like it could have been on a commercial.
