“This Pizza Hut does a great job and has excellent customer service. If there's a problem, they fix it quickly and they make extra effort to take care of customers, like coming to our truck to give us updates when they see us arrive.Vegetarian options: Pizza hut is a great option when you want veggies. The mushrooms are good size and texture, along with banana and bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pineapple, etc. I only wish they had spinach.Parking: There is always plenty of parking and you're able to pull right up to the door for "car side" pickup.“
“The staff here is SO friendly. Ready with smiles and courtesy, which is rare these days. It's a busy place, considering the location. In a rural town, off the beaten path. But, the service is still good. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers, visitors and the nearby community of Franklin,TX. “So I just wanna give a HUGE shout out to our Franklin Texas Dairy Queen tonight! With all the negative reviews they have gotten over time I wanted to give my positive experience in hopes that our community will give them a chance again. Tonight being Friday I was tired & didn't feel like cooking so I had a craving for a dude sandwich. I came to the drive-through, ordered my dude & chili cheese fries & the workers were quick to take my order as well as had polite customer service. When I got home to eat I was so satisfied with the quality, temperature & taste of my food! The dude was ON POINT! it was so hot & delicious. The bun was toasted on both sides & buttered. I was pleasantly surprised with the freshness of my food. Thanks DQ in franklin! ???“

“Stopped here a couple of times, while passing through. They are friendly and there is a road for me to park my RV. In these towns it's hard to find parking near food unless you want McDonald's at the Love's...which I do not. Food is meh, but an extra star for parking.“
“Surprisingly, this was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in America. The staff was friendly, and when we brought a mistake to their attention, it was taken care of immediately. All of our food, including the fries, were hot and fresh.We were even asked by a staff member if we enjoyed our food before we left. I can't say I wasn't surprised by the level of service, and it almost felt like we weren't eating fast food.“
