My visit was great food came out hot and fresh in 6mins the staff was friendly and very helpful the place was clean and had music playing to set the vibe i had a very good visit at the franklin dairy queen you guys keep up the great work i will definitely go back when passing through
Just stopped yesterday; fantastic food. We had a free cone as well.
In the past our experience at our hometown Dairy Queen has been touch and go! Sometimes good other time horrible! We honestly do not go there much. Yesterday was free ice cream cone day and I must say that I was dreading going in there! But to my surprise they did GREAT! They were packed and I was shocked at how fast we got our cones! The manager, Rebecca, is really trying to get that place on track! I just wanted to write a good review on a place that gets so much negative reviews!...read full review

At Dairy Queen, the friendly and accommodating staff make sure your visit is pleasant. The strawberry ice cream sundae is as beautiful and delicious as advertised. The steak fingers meal is cooked to perfection. The hotdog is crispy and delicious, with messy but worth it sauce. The onion rings are the best ever - really crispy. The dining room is clean and the service is very friendly.
