“If your coming into Franklin to stay at the campsite or just passing through on a weekend I highly recommend making the stop. The food was so flavorful and delicious! We had the sliced roasted chicken, pasta with chicken (in a whiskey sauce) a Voss cattle burger and banana pudding! Family run and staffed! Great experience and loved that the owner came out and talked about her food… that tells me she loves what she does.”

“I am not from around here but I am working at a rig close to here and have been passing by here almost everyday, I like that it is added on to a store and that you can park a 18 wheeler around back, since I drive a truck that is convenient and you can pretty much get everything you need in one stop, the chicken here was the best chicken I have ever had. Whoever is cooking the chicken definitely knows what they are doing cause it was cooked perfect, it was juicy and seasoned just right, I had the 3 piece with chicken breast and mashed potatoes/gravy, everything was great, the service was super fast, I wasn’t even finished filling up my drink cup and they had my food ready to go, the employees were friendly and everything was correct on the order also. So not sure about the bad reviews on here, but my experience was great, so if you haven’t tried this Chicken Express yet I would definitely give it a try.”

“Wow these burgers are amazing and delicious. But the onion rings are the best ever!!!! I was 3/4s of the way through with it when the server told me they were 1/2 pound patties! I can’t believe I ate a burger that weighed over a pound. Go on Friday night the catfish is wonderful! 100% recommend this place.”

“Every time I go to this location there are these 2 beautiful baddies working. And I only try to go when they are working. Our sandwiches are stuffed as they can be. I love my veggie delight buffet on bread! But man the way they make these sandwiches and the way they are able to make sure everything is stuffed just right.. And make it home to eat and not be soggy and falling out is literally Chefs kiss!! These ladies need a raise! They need to be employees of the year. I truly only want to ever go to this location because of how well they make the sub's. Especially mine. It's a lot. If this location ever lost these woman I swear I would probably have to never eat subway again. And they love how I want extra onions and don't mind the onion smell on people's breath ? GREAT JOB LADIES WE SALUTE YOUR CRAFT??”

“Waited 45 minutes for food and we were the only ones there. Wait staff and cook didn’t want to be there and it showed because we were hardly checked on and the food was sub par. Eggs and sausage was burnt and cold. Buscuit was pre made and served with cold gravy. Wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole ever again”

“They have the nicest and most helpful staff! You could use the kiosk or order at the front. If you didn't know how to use the kiosk, well, there was a staff member there to assist you. The best service at a McDonald's that I've experienced in Texas.”
