Customer service is key when dealing with any type of food establishment. It is my understanding that Sonic employees make at least minimum wage. I am not a huge proponent tipping begin with, but I almost always do and when I do tip I tip according to the service that I got. I really have a problem with someone asking for a tip before they've done anything. I come here on occasion at lunch, the number 12 toast to dark, an dry , and bacon was almost burned. I ask to cut in half did not.Yawl charge .30 cent when we r already buying a meal combo?, and then u charge extra for a cherry lime aid, my meal comes with a drink already. That's not great service . Sonic can do better
