“The staff is always nice, professional and clean.The store is also clean.The sandwiches are great!! Always fresh. I definitely recommend this subway. I've been to many in the past and are nothing like this one. The girls there are really nice.“
“I wanted to share that we made a pit stop here (1/13/24) while traveling and the team leader (Jane?) was amazing. She was so sweet and checked up on us and our kids when we dined in. The team leader and cashier were nice and they delivered the food when it was ready. Wish we had more people like them in the city or suburbs. We would gladly become regular customers if they were near us.“
“Stopped here a couple of times, while passing through. They are friendly and there is a road for me to park my RV. In these towns it's hard to find parking near food unless you want McDonald's at the Love's...which I do not. Food is meh, but an extra star for parking.“
“Just use the drive-through to get a buy one get one free quarter pounder with cheese, no onions, extra pickles. The order was perfect. The service was friendly and fast. It was late at night and I had an overall excellent experience at this McDonald’s in Hearn Texas.“
“Update, 4/6/23. The place seems to have changed management twice since my first review, and the current crew is making excellent chicken! Still a bit great, but moist and tender! Okay, a bit smaller pieces, but not by much. NB: They seem to be closing closer to 9 than 10 these days.Basic greasy, but tasty, fried chicken, but outstanding fried fish and rolls.“
“Surprisingly, this was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in America. The staff was friendly, and when we brought a mistake to their attention, it was taken care of immediately. All of our food, including the fries, were hot and fresh.We were even asked by a staff member if we enjoyed our food before we left. I can't say I wasn't surprised by the level of service, and it almost felt like we weren't eating fast food.“
“2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.“

“The staff here is SO friendly. Ready with smiles and courtesy, which is rare these days. It's a busy place, considering the location. In a rural town, off the beaten path. But, the service is still good. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers, visitors and the nearby community of Franklin,TX. I hope to remember the name(s) of the manager and other workers at this location as I plan to be a regular patron. God Bless y'all! Oh, yeah. “Ordered and paid for my large salad around 6:30 pm and got a table. Over 30 minutes later, I noticed people that had come in 10 to 20 minutes later getting their orders delivered to their tables. I got a young lady's attention and showed her my receipt. She apologized and left to see about salad. After waiting 30 plus minutes for my salad, it took 83 seconds to put my salad together and bring it to me. I left. 45 minutes later I sat down to enjoy my salad minus the Canadian bacon and pepperoni that wasn't on it? There's a moral to this story, has to be.“
