Just left Chicken Express and received the best service!!! Wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name but you can tell he really loved his job!!
Came to chicken expresses a lot with my dad growing up.
Maybe a technology difficulty, but the drive-through was stagnant with people saying no one had been talking or servicing them for 30 minutes.
I went inside. The chicken was cold.
The coleslaw side was half full,
Restaurant was clean though.
People are helpful when talking to them face-to-face.

Chicken Express offers delicious chicken and gizzards that customers enjoy. The staff is very nice and attentive. While some find the chicken strips to be getting smaller, the overall experience of hot, well-presented food keeps customers coming back. The current management is doing a good job making moist and tender chicken, though portions may be slightly smaller. Besides fried chicken, the restaurant also serves outstanding fried fish and rolls. Customers appreciate the option to sub out a drink for an extra side on combo meals. The restaurant does not offer a chicken sandwich, which some find unusual. Although there was a long wait for an order without spicy chicken, the staff was very kind and provided good service. The food is fresh and well-prepared, and they go the extra mile—bringing out ice bags without being asked. Overall, Chicken Express continues to be a popular spot for tasty food and friendly service.
