Why are these restaurants getting to the point where no employee assists at a register until a customer stands there like a mannequin for 10 minutes?Restroom was filthy. Poop sitting in one toilet. And another stall with zero toilet paper.Food, on the other hand, was good, but drink machine needs cleaning.I stopped in while traveling. There are other restaurants nearby on this same exit.
Surprisingly, this was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in America. The staff was friendly, and when we brought a mistake to their attention, it was taken care of immediately. All of our food, including the fries, were hot and fresh.We were even asked by a staff member if we enjoyed our food before we left. I can't say I wasn't surprised by the level of service, and it almost felt like we weren't eating fast food.
