And a few employees remembered me from past visits and made sure they said hi before I left. All of them were very friendly and smiled the entire time. “I don't go to Starbucks very often. I was having a craving, so I decided to treat myself. Felt discouraged once I saw a long line & a girl behind the counter by herself, working the register & making customers orders. I stuck it out in line anyway. I was quite surprised how quickly the line moved. Once I made it up to the register I was surprised again. Even though it was busy & being left w/out help the young lady didn't let it overwhelm her. She was calm, cool, collected, & customer friendly. Keeping a good attitude, not letting the craziness phase her. I was impressed not only how nice she was, but how quickly & effortless she got everyones orders out to them. I was very pleased w/ the service, as well as my caramel macchiato. Even though she provided a positive experience, I would have liked to seen another employee behind the counter helping.“

“My husband went to get me some oatmeal this morning, and he drops it off with me, and I get some dry oats. No one will answer the phone; they now have a voice mail set up. I guess they're tired of all the complaints. I used to not get a spoon, but dry oats are a new issue. I'll be contacting the owner. It's always good to know people who know people.“
