“The wonderful manager and staff at this location were the best! I am originally from Bryan but moved a little over 5 years ago. I had returned due to unforeseen circumstances and never had been to a Dutch bros until that day. I had been there almost a month and went every single morning! Not only for the delicious coffee but for the heartfelt love from the staff! Never have I experienced such amazing service and smiles! I love this place and will return when I visit! “The customer service here was SO GOOD!!! I went to a different Starbucks today for the new matcha loaf, but they were out so I just got my coffee & then headed to the Villa Maria Starbucks for the loaf (I know- big back of me). Once I got to the villa maria store, I realized my coffee hadn't been made right at the other location, so I asked them if I could just have a side of cold foam to add in myself, and this location said they'd instead completely remake the drink for free, even though the mistake hadn't been their fault. I was so blown away by this! They were genuinely so happy to do it despite me not even asking them to, and the drink was amazing! I mean look at the photo! 🤍“

“I don't go to Starbucks very often. I was having a craving, so I decided to treat myself. Felt discouraged once I saw a long line & a girl behind the counter by herself, working the register & making customers orders. I stuck it out in line anyway. I was quite surprised how quickly the line moved. Once I made it up to the register I was surprised again. Even though it was busy & being left w/out help the young lady didn't let it overwhelm her. She was calm, cool, collected, & customer friendly. Keeping a good attitude, not letting the craziness phase her. I was impressed not only how nice she was, but how quickly & effortless she got everyones orders out to them. I was very pleased w/ the service, as well as my caramel macchiato. Even though she provided a positive experience, I would have liked to seen another employee behind the counter helping.“

“My husband went to get me some oatmeal this morning, and he drops it off with me, and I get some dry oats. No one will answer the phone; they now have a voice mail set up. I guess they're tired of all the complaints. I used to not get a spoon, but dry oats are a new issue. I'll be contacting the owner. It's always good to know people who know people.“
