Starbucks Coffee Company has a friendly and professional staff. The team is amazing and shows hospitality. The location has fast service and yummy beverages. It is the cleanest and most welcoming Starbucks in the area. The staff makes awesome coffee and the best matcha. However, some customers have had bad experiences with the drive-thru service, including being asked for a tip and receiving an attitude from the staff. On the other hand, some staff members are impressive and provide great customer service, even when busy. The location is willing to make mistakes right and provides accountability and communication. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company has a welcoming atmosphere and a team that strives to provide great service.
