“This review is about the branch located at SW Parkway and Welborn Rd. In College Station, TX. The food and prices are standards for Starbucks quality. But, where they excel is in the treatment of the personnel during ordering and taking out. They are efficient, knowledgeable and eager to make you feel well. Everyone in this store is outstanding, but special mention is desderves for the girl with the blue hair (unfortunately I forgot her name). She is one of the best I have ever had. Similarly and at the same level, Carla is awesome. They both are sparkly, always smiling, remember your name and make you feel like at home. Kudos to the blue haired girl and Carla.“

“I went to the Rock Prairie location in College Station. Texas tonight out of desperation because Starbucks was closed. Best thing that could have happened! The young lady that took my order couldn't have been more helpful - And helped me find my all time favorite latte that I haven't been able to get in over a decade (cinnamon and vanilla - syrup not powder). Add to that, I got more coffee and steamed peppermint milk then I would have gotten at Starbucks and it was $5 less!!! I will definitely be back.“

“Breakfast TACO!!!! When I read the ingredients I wasn't sure but WoW, so happy I didn't change a thing. Dirty Chai wasn't on the drink menu but they made it happen without hesitation and it was excellent.
Spotless clean. Happy smiley service. We visited in the office season, during the new student conference, so service was fast and no lines. I'm told that during the normal school year you will need to wait in line.“

“My 7 year old saved up her money for her favorite cake pop. The barista waited very patiently while my daughter counted (down to the penny) for her drink and cake pop. To her surprise, there was an extra cake pop in her bag with a note that said how amazing she did. Starbucks, let me tell you how excited this little girl was to find TWO unicorn cake pops. Thank you. You made this little girl’s day ❤“

“I decided to give this coffee shop another try after the new ownership took over, and WOW! I’m so glad I did! The coffee is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, and I love that they make everything in-house. Even my husband, who isn’t a big coffee person, has found a favorite: the Dulce de Coco latte! We’ve had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back!“

“They don’t do some of the offers other locations do, the wait time is often long due to the location, and I’ve gotten several versions of the same drink from this spot. Consistency isn’t the best. They do what they can though and the atmosphere is great.“

“Decent cold brew coffee. Crappy Italian creme sodas. Got one that tasted of soda and cream and nothing else, despite asking for flavoring. Yeah. But usually the pastries are good, and for the most part I like their cold brew. Doesn't hurt that it is cheaper than Starbucks, too.“

“I always get the hot tea. I don't believe I've ever had their coffee. No idea. But the tea is REALLY good! Pastries aren't bad, either. I usually grab a tea then head out so don't spend much time in their shop. Wish the bathroom was nicer, though.“
