Do not understand how it takes over 20 minutes to warm up a pre-cooked sandwich. Wasn’t even busy.
Always an awful experience at this location. I get that it's a part of the University, but the lack of upholding Starbucks standards is astounding. They are ALWAYS rude, making it clear that they don't want to be there. They will NOT fill up your drink if you ask for light ice unless you PAY for it, even for things that are NOT supposed to be charged to fill up. So if you mobile order a drink but don’t pick it up on time bc it’s taking a while and you have class, they throw it away and you can’t get a remake. Money down the drain
