Don’t usually write bad reviews. However, I have had two bad experiences with wrong orders.Last week I ordered blonde espresso. And the barista used regular espresso. Didn’t mind. However, not once did the barista make sure she was using blonde. Just gave the drink a quick glance.Yesterday, I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. I asked for light ice. Hit or miss. Most of the time it's ok, but sometimes they use too much/not enough syrup or milk or whatever and the coffee tastes off. Also, I ask for whipped cream every single time, and every single time I have to ask them again when they give me my order. Not the best Starbucks I've been to

I personally love the worker Ariana Rimera who works at this particular Starbucks. I was in and out of the line within 20 seconds, she asked me how my day was, and even helped me choose a drink since it was my first time. She started me out with a free water, and helped me choose my now favorite drink (Strawberry Açaí).
