The food is okay, and the staff is very friendly. However wait times are long and errors are frequent in my experience.
Great staff! Ms. Darlene was incredible!!! So very sweet and accommodating. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. My favorite Jack in the box!

Jack in the Box offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff, including a great manager. The restaurant is a favorite for its large cookies and cream milkshakes and convenient parking. The tacos are a highlight, with a perfect balance of sauce, lettuce, and cheese. The food is good quality most of the time, but the speed is terribly slow. The customer service has been nice every time, it's just the wait. The burgers were fine and the drinks ok.
