“Haven’t been there in a few years. Went there this evening. The burgers, fries, and Texas toothpicks were great. The only thing I had a problem with was we went and sat at a table on the upper deck so we could talk because there was no one up there and the lower deck was crowded. Just after we sat down two employees came up and started to drag all the tables and chairs around. Being heavy wooden tables and chairs all they could do was drag them across the floor making a lot of noise. This went in for about fifteen minutes then just as it got quiet again they started doing it in the lower deck. Was impossible to hold a conversation.“

“The group at this location is always so welcoming and kind. Even when they are slammed, the servers always find time to check on us and make sure our drinks are full. Even when it’s a while on food (at no fault of their own, when 30 people come in right behind each other after church it’s unavoidable) they make sure we are taken care of. Even the manager, Anna, always makes time to go check on the customer.
This is the only location I go to anymore!“

“This place is clean, the food is good, and that's usually all I expect. But Holly took service above and beyond! She interacted with my kids like they were people, she made sure our special orders were correct, and she made the transaction and table service altogether lovely! This is the definition of good customer service.“

“We were finally able to try Charliemac’s on Sunday, and OMG. It was worth the wait. Absolutely delicious. I wish every place could offer ordering through text because it is so easy. Will definitely be our stop when we are in the mood for burgers!“

“so many greats things to say about Brooklynn! she was amazing and provided the best service i’ve ever gotten from any whataburger. definitely can see why she is in a manger position. very helpful and definitely goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Brooklynn is great and she is the reason i will be back to this whataburger! :)“

“My dad took me here and all the staff here are so nice! The burgers are so good and filling i cant even finish my fries! Im not complaining it means when you get plenty to eat! Raqual is so nice and took my order and made the place genuinely nice!“
