Corporate managers, please pay attention on this one! This review would be a five-star if not for two new policies. First, why are we forced to tip in advance if we use a card? Why isn’t there an option to put in the tip after the meal? I’ve learned a long time ago in Addison, Texas, that if I put in the tip before the meal, I might not get even bare minimum service - Gen Zers are not great at customer service, generally speaking. The burger, fries, and service were absolutely top-notch. I can’t wait to return to this place – just watching the videos says it all. In short, it's a must-try spot if you haven't already. And if you have, well, why not go again? Enjoy!

They also own the Grub chain I learned which has a restaurant near by - Since nobody is ever at Grub and they have higher prices, and don't accept cash I feel that Hopdoddy should close this location and rename the Grub to Hopdoddy.The food is better at Hopdoddy but I think they have a bigger kitchen then Grub, the thing Grub has going for it though it a large open parking area which Hopdoddy doesn't have.
