I was craving a burger and Hopdoddy really hit the spot. The meat was perfectly cooked and the fries were additive. The sweet potato fries were excellent too.

I ordered cheese on my burger they took my plate added cheese and returned it. To be clear bacon would be on top of the cheese. I ordered no blue cheese spread and they cover the bottom bun in it. Asked medium well it’s well done. Rude waitresses. Avoid.

This place was amazing!! The food was great. Everything came out hot, fresh and looking like the picture. The food definitely did not disappoint. The waiter we had was super. He took our drink orders at the table after we ordered. It was packed but he was still super attentive and friendly. And don't get me started on the outside!! It was amazing. We sat outside and we went right before the sun started to go down. Big play area for kids. 10/10Parking: Not a lot of parking during the busy weekends and you do have to pay! They will ticket you. There is an active ticket writer checking every hourKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with options for picky eaters
I visited Hopdoddy as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Despite a clear sign directing to-go orders to the bar, I was blatantly ignored by multiple employees for ten minutes. It was disheartening to see staff members see me waiting yet choose not to acknowledge my presence or offer any form of assistance. When an employee finally approached and I expressed how long I’d been waiting, she simply turned and walked away without a word. This level of service is not only disappointing but also disrespectful. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, and I hope the management addresses these service issues promptly
Shared the Farmhouse burger with my wife. We didn't have the egg on it. It was good, but I wish it would have had more of the normal fixings on it. Fries were good. They tend to be the slender kind. Would go back to try some of the choices. This is a burger place at Texas A&M UNIVERSITY.

Ordered 3 burgers 1 tenders and 2 fries. Only 2 burgers came out(both wrong), only 1 fries and tenders came out. We told the lady that was waiting on us and she said we were wrong that she brought all the food out. She then sent out "the rest" of the food which came out still wrong and we were still missing fries. Then the second guy when we told them it was wrong told us we were wrong and proceeded to point out what we "ordered" when he didnt take our order with an attitude. Without asking the manager stopped by to see how it was and we told him service was bad and our order was still wrong. He then brought us ANOTHER WRONG BURGER. We just gave up, ate and left. The girl did apologize but honestly the second guy was the worst part. I'll never go back to a hopdoddy.... I should mention I left a 10 dollar tip on a 50 dollar bill at the counter before we received the terrible service.... Don't bother going here

Corporate managers, please pay attention on this one! This review would be a five-star if not for two new policies. First, why are we forced to tip in advance if we use a card? Why isn’t there an option to put in the tip after the meal? I’ve learned a long time ago in Addison, Texas, that if I put in the tip before the meal, I might not get even bare minimum service - Gen Zers are not great at customer service, generally speaking. So the option to tip after the meal was much better before. Next, what happened to the soft drink options? The last time I was here, I got root beer with cane sugar rather than the junk soft drinks produced by Coca-Cola. So after the meal, I had to go back up to the counter and have the soft drink taken off my receipt. I also had to buy a new Topo Chico water so I could leave a tip. By the way, everyone working at this location was fantastic. I would rate them at five stars and give one-star to upper management.

I have been to hopdoddy now three times and can't really find anything I like. The service is great, the restaurant is clean and the staff is nice however it really is just not for me. The burgers are over the top, and nothing really tastes great. I really can't recommend this restaurant unless you are a vegan or vegetarian.
