Awful service. Awful food. Go anywhere else on campus. They are the only Starbucks location at A&M that refuses to fill a drink all the way when you say light ice/light water, and when you ask them about why your venti drink is filled HALFWAY, they act disrespectfully. I got a refresher today and it tastes old, so maybe it's for the best that I only got half a cup full. The food is disgusting. I'm a big fan of the double smoked bacon and cheddar and they serve bacon that is gray and moldy. I am disgusted. Will not be returning. Do better. Be better

Maybe tell one of your employees not to randomly sit anywhere they like with music blasting on their phone speakers. Was about to study when this girl wearing a starbucks shirt sat in front of me, randomly, without even asking, with music blasting off of her phone. If she’d ask, I would’ve let her sit, but that was outright rude.

My drinks have always been good, but their customer service can be better. They always seem to rush you into placing your order and never ask if you like to scan for points. It can also take a very long time to get your order. The one on University Dr. is better and faster.

Worst Starbucks ever. Every time I go there they make my coffee wrong and also they never fill my cup all the way. I never told them anything until today. I went and politely asked the girl at the bar if she could fill up my cup because there was literally 3 fingers of space inside my cup, and I hadn’t even tried it. Whenever I showed her, she started making fun of my request and being completely rude about it. She wouldn’t stop making sarcastic comments and faces, and whenever I told her that I didn’t think it was funny she started saying that she couldn’t hear me because the machine was too loud. She even mockingly asked if I wanted cold milk directly into my late, I asked her if she could steam it and she was so rude about it and the milk that she “steamed” was disgusting. Whenever I asked to speak with her manager, she told her coworker that I wanted to do so “because she was smiling” and that I was being extra. I understand that people can have “bad day”, but that’s not my fault or my problem. I was never rude towards her, and I’m paying for my food not asking for a favor. I just can’t believe the lack of training that the baristas at this store have, and how little they care about what they are doing. I worked at Starbucks for almost 2 years, and I could never imagine doing things or acting the way they do.

It took me 40 minutes to get my cold brew coffee because cashier didn’t print out my order. All I got was I think someone else took your oder. No refund No sincere apology. This is the first time I had bad experience with Starbucks.

I always get the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and this location always fails to make it correctly. The coffee on the left is what they gave me and when I asked for more sweet cream bc that is not right, the man was very persistent and rude and made me pay for the extra sweet cream. He then proceeded to make a different drink, shown on the right. He gave me almost no ice and it looks like milk!!! I paid extra bc he made the drink wrong and then out of pettiness he makes the new one like milk?!? I have never had such a bad experience with Starbucks but this Starbucks constantly does this! The only reason I have sucked it up and kept going is bc it's the only one near my classes and because I can just ask for them to put extra sweet cream in there. They need to actually stick with the recipes and measurements bc this drink is always different given the person making it. I am definitely never going back to this Starbucks.

Okay out of all the Starbuck on TAMU campus, this one is for sure the best. For one I was in and out of the line and got my food within 10-15 minutes. I was here between 10:20-10:35am. Line wasn't crazy and still plenty of seating inside. The staff was very friendly and kind. For sure will come back to this one compared to other locations on campus.

This is my favorite Starbucks on campus. It's always fast and delicious. The staff is pretty friendly and overall it's a great experience.

Despite the restrictions due to COVID 19, the staff here as fantastic as ever. I accidentally knocked my drink off the table and they were very polite about cleaning it up and even offered me a new one. 'Zachbucks' will always be my favorite place to study on campus!
