“This is the best breakfast place in College Station and here is why.Their Kolache breakfast sandwiches are consistently great. The sweet bread, the melting cheese and fresh egg to perfection. The family that runs it are always friendly and caring. We ran into them while my daughter was at the ER one time and the owner always asks about her anytime I am there. THEY CARE about their business and people of the community they serve. The family has their kids help out at the store and they are on par. I have never had a bad experience here in over 10 years. This place always makes my day better! This business is a true family owned business that each community needs.THE BEST.A MUST TRY FOR ANYONE VISITING COLLEGE STATION!“
“Went in to grab a bite before an 11 am Aggie football game. Cream cheese kolache was delicious and you ! The Pecan Bar was good but needs more pecan filling. Frosting was very sweet. Also shared a sausage and cheese kolache and I didn't care for the sausage-too garlicky for me to eat for breakfast. I would definitely go back for the cream cheese kolaches!“
“Don't go with chains when you can support the locals! This is a good as it gets. I stopped in and had the pleasure of letting the owner select a dozen random donuts for me and it was a hit at the office! Fresh made donuts are a must have and they have many here. The blueberry was a fan favorite and mentioned during our business meeting. I don't live in town so for me I enjoy trying local and this checked the box. I had a few misses that week, but this made up for it. Friendly staff, quick service, great assortment of options. I also had one of their breakfast sandwiches which was based on earlier recommendations in the reviews. I will go here again when in town.“
“Love the atmosphere! Music is great. A place you can get work done or meet a friend. The crowd is respectful of either type of guest, which you don’t see a lot these days. 1 thing though: the young girls working here are super rude so I’d suggest just knowing your coffee order beforehand or else you’ll get an eye roll or two for asking a question lol“
“I can say for this location!! Southwest Parkway College Station TX!! No matter the employee I've always been treated up the upmost professionalism. There's nothing like started your day/ morning & feeling nothing but positive vibes from the first adult you encounter. Blessings to all at this location. I have been to all locations in Brazos Valley & this one by far has the most pleasant team! Plus when other locations are usually out of doughnut holes they may still have some :)“
“Friday wouldn’t be Donut Friday if it weren’t for Shipley’s @Greens Prairie Road!!!!! ❤️ And Ms. Amanda is the best! She always greats us with a smile! My son looks forward to seeing her and having the best donuts in town every Friday before school!“
“Been looking to try this place for awhile. Tried to simply show up a couple times at lunch, but missed the food each time. Today, I decided to text my order. Got a prompt response and an estimated time. Showed up to get my food and Charlie lived up to the hype. Charlie himself was a pleasure to talk with. He definitely exuded the vibes of someone who loves his craft, and knows he's good at it. It's so nice to visit a place that doesn't feel like a corporation, just a dude doing what he loves and sharing his talent. Paid my tab and he handed me my bag, which I almost dropped because it was so much heavier than I expected. He told me there were enough fries in there to choke a man, I laughed and said it sounded like me. A cute joke I thought... but he wasn't kidding.Got home, sat down, and opened it up. Oh my god. Don't try to be a hero, Charlie isn't messing around with portions! I'm a big guy, and I couldn't finish it. I tried, I truly did. The Bigggg Bacondouble was the best burger I've had in recent memory. It blew the doors off anything I've had since coming to College Station. Just a tick of sweetness, a bit of crunch, and balanced perfectly. The fries were a surprise. At first I thought they were a little bland but after eating a few the flavor builds and you just can't put them down. I wanted to, but I wasn't able to finish the fries either, Charlie wasn't kidding, I would have choked. Seriously, I will be back as soon as I recover. This is now my favorite food in College Station.“
