“I had such a wonderful experience thanks to the employee named Jess! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine kindness and made me feel welcome. She took my order with a smile and made my drink exactly how I wanted it despite it being a pretty complicated order. Not once did she seem inconvenienced by it. “Placed a mobile order and did drive-thru pick up. Service was quick and good was very hot/freshly made. (It's across the highway from Buc-ee's so it's easy to go to both if you have picky kids that only eat nuggets or burgers but you wanted a chopped brisket sandwich and need to pump gas!)“
