Omg I love the employees so much, they’re super fast and so super sweet to me every time I’m there. My entire day is always made when I go, Carlie has always been so sweet and kind to me. I love starting my morning and sometimes ending my night with a nice drink along with a smile. My favorite Starbucks 🤗
This Starbucks is on I-45 .....so come get your coffee now, before a row of vehicles traveling in perpendicular lines (instead of the widely accepted single file method: pass on the left) pushes everything and everyone into the nearby woods.
Even though it was during labor day and they were extremely busy, they were very nice!! Would come back :)

The Starbucks Coffee Company on Main St. in Madisonville is a brand new location that opened on August 11, 2025. It is situated on I-45, SB Exit 142, across the highway from Buc-ee's, making it a perfect spot for those on their way to Houston and far away from traffic. The location offers a unique coffee shop feel with a modern, cozy, and inviting atmosphere. The interior colors are brown and black, featuring eye-catching gold and brown artwork and a large digital display at the Pick-Up counter. Seating is comfortable and plentiful, including a dark colored bench with "Siren" artwork, a plush leather couch, leather chairs, and various tables.
Customer experiences vary. Some report very positive visits, noting the staff as nice and the orders ready quickly, especially when placed through the app. The atmosphere is described as modern and clean, with staff visibly taking pride in wiping every table and maintaining a pleasant environment. Specific items like the medium roast "Casi Cielo" with its floral aromatics and notes of dark cocoa are enjoyed.
However, as a new location, some service inconsistencies are noted. Several reviews mention long waits at the counter with staff focused on the drive-through, leading to customers leaving without being helped. Other visitors experienced delays for simple orders like a dark roast coffee and felt the team was still in training, sometimes not greeting customers upon entry.
