“I don't normally stop for fast food, but since this McDonald's was at the gas station, I decided to order one of their refreshing drinks—and I'm so glad I did.
What stood out most wasn't the drink, though. The young woman working at the counter had the sweetest personality. She wasn't just friendly to me; while I waited for my order, I watched her interact with other customers as well. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile, and somehow managed to make people smile right back. She never redirected anyone to place their orders at the kiosk or get upset because she had to personally take our orders. Her positive attitude was truly a breath of fresh air. This place was fully staffed and everyone got their orders quickly.
Exceptional customer service seems harder and harder to find these days, and this experience reminded me of what it feels like to be treated with kindness and genuine care. She made an ordinary stop memorable, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for brightening my day! 😊“
