This post is not related to the food, I picked up food for someone else so I do not know if good or bad. This is about service (slow and sloppy and I am fairly certain overcharged on one of these last two visits), attitude/friendliness (indignant, ugly look, and certainly could use basic customer appreciation), and response of corporate office when I called to express my concerns (none). Very small inside a convenient store and cannot order what many other McDonald's offer.Wheelchair accessibility: It has one ramp for wheelchair accessible and it's close to the drive thru

This particular location needs to have better organization in place to get orders, because the workers get bogged down when someone decides to do huge orders. They need the mobile order places and the spots for people to wait for their orders, but there ended up being 5 to 6 of us in vehicles waiting for our food. I received my receipt at 6:18 pm and didn't get my order until 6:35pm, because someone had done a HUGE order for chicken nuggets. That wasn't fair to those of us waiting...read full review
