Ordered one hamburger. One. Waited in drive thru line for at least 10min. Then was told to pull forward and wait. For one hamburger.Whataburger has only gone downhill since they sold out.
The manager Abraham is a great person! The service was great and the respect towards someone’s food is beautiful. The whataburger team at this location is very structured and practice humility. Thank you whataburger on welbourne!

I must have visited at a weird time of day when all of the food was cold and looked like it had been thrown against a wall before being served. The ranch was really good though. And the people were pretty nice. I know now not to eat there when I'm literally the only customer in the restaurant. Maybe that's it. I'll have to be more careful.
