Quite frankly the qorst customer service I have ever experienced. After arriving a little late to pick up my order I had been told that my food was no where to be found. I had my order retaken and had been told they could remake for me. After 30 minutes of waiting in their dining room, I had to seek management only to be told that they could not remake my order. How long were they going to let me sit there under the assumption that my order was being remade?

Had a bad experience the first time. Had a bad experience the second time. Third time was NOT the charm. Food has been wrong every single time. Food took 45+ minutes every time when it was not even busy. All the employees are clearly untrained and are just making it up as they go: they do not know how to work the register with their own rewards program. Whataburger as a franchise is great, just not this one.

Posted late, On Thursday I placed an order on Whataburger app, when my order arrived I did not get the drinks and no ketchup, I called the store and they can't help me there, I had to call customer service, bad service ? dinner without drinks !! Will I get a refund for just drinks or my entire order?

Absolutely love Whataburger! This particular restaurant is conveniently around the corner from the George H.W. Presidential Library & Museum on the Texas A&M campus. Service was on point, clean atmosphere, & the food is absolutely amazing!

Service is legitimately the worst in a fast food restaurant I've seen. Basic orders take forever only to be wrong (this is consistent!), food is oftentimes middling, and it's clear most employees are just trying to survive the day. I've even pulled up to an empty lobby and an empty drive through just to not get a hold of anybody on the mic before driving off. This is clearly a management problem that flows to the ground level. If you have to order here do so INSIDE during the day and NEVER anytime after sundown.

I must have visited at a weird time of day when all of the food was cold and looked like it had been thrown against a wall before being served. The ranch was really good though. And the people were pretty nice. I know now not to eat there when I'm literally the only customer in the restaurant. Maybe that's it. I'll have to be more careful.
