This company goes above and beyond on customer service. I had my son pick up an order for our Christmas Party and they forgot to give him the side orders. The store was closed by the time I got home, sent in a contact form on line and within 2 hours they had the sides delivered at my front door. And they threw in a cheesecake! Honey Baked Ham provided lunches for our core team during a build. They were so delicious! The cookies were the best I'd ever had. Thank you SO much for your generosity so we could push through a long day.
This place is so quaint and charming inside with good food and EXCELLENT customer service! Today I watched the cashier walk an elderly customer to her vehicle with an umbrella in the pouring rain! She went above and beyond at providing customer service!

The Honey Baked Ham Company is a great spot for lunch, with tasty food and friendly service. The portions are perfect, and they even offer high chairs for babies. The tavern club, macaroni & cheese, and sweet tea are highly recommended. The only suggestion would be to have some background music for a more relaxing atmosphere. The customer service is exceptional, as they went above and beyond to deliver missing sides and even threw in a cheesecake for a Christmas party order. Despite some concerns about placing an order without a receipt, the overall experience seems to be positive and worth recommending.
