Smoothies are typically spot on but I've been here several times and have received soupy smoothies. The girls working there just told me "that's the way they're supposed to be but you can real-order if you'd like." They also wanted to charge me 25 cents for an extra kids cup after I'd spent over $16 already. I thought they were kidding.
They make decent drinks (usually), but I have to say, the entire crew could use some coaching on actual customer service skills.One stands in the corner playing on her phone, the other stares vacantly when you are talking, and the red haired gentleman was just cranky and lacked people skills.
