Hey to the guy that left a picture of the filter in the cup LOL! It means they are doing what they are supposed to do I think.... it was an accident - something in life that happens that was not maliciously intended - and don't let this pic dissuade anyone to come to Smoothie King! Delish!!!!!

LiL kid called Andrew was very arrogant and rude you'll think he owns Smoothie king, i called the manager the next day left a message, but never returned my call bad business. They've just lost a regular customer never going back there again!!

Smoothies are typically spot on but I've been here several times and have received soupy smoothies. The girls working there just told me "that's the way they're supposed to be but you can real-order if you'd like." They also wanted to charge me 25 cents for an extra kids cup after I'd spent over $16 already. I thought they were kidding.

If you are in search of good customer service, this is NOT the place to go. I have been getting smoothies almost every morning for 3 years following gastric bypass surgery. I am unable to use a straw after surgery so I always get my smoothies blended "extra thick" and they give me a spoon to use. I have now been told that "the manager said that we aren't allowed to give out spoons". Seriously?? A spoon? You are willing to lose a customer over a spoon? Well, congratulations, it worked.

Girl at window had to take my phone away into store to register not near window just to scan my app for my free enhancer. I didn't think this was appropriate to take someone's phone just to scan...scanning device should be at window. Then she forgot to give me my smoothie! I had to go inside & get it...no apologies...nothing! I won't be returning to this location.

They make decent drinks (usually), but I have to say, the entire crew could use some coaching on actual customer service skills.One stands in the corner playing on her phone, the other stares vacantly when you are talking, and the red haired gentleman was just cranky and lacked people skills. Kind of off putting to go inside and deal with people who seem like they’d rather be anywhere else but at work, and these people are handling our drinks.Clearly this is an issue that goes unaddressed here, since posting, I’ve noticed I’m not the only patron with the same grievances. Management refers you to a website and you never hear back, nor do they do a single thing to make it right. Sure makes a customer feel disposable. (Spoken from experience)

I don't go here very often unless i'm really treating myself. The prices are high but the smoothies are delicious. They have a ton of flavors and I don't have a clue which one is my favorite. I usually pick something fruity. This time I got banana berry and have no complaints. It was good. Next time I should try a chocolate something because that is right up my pallet. I'll be back for sure though when I have more money.

Most disgusting discovery after I finished my drink ? and they have not reached out after I filed a complaint through the website. Never again with smoothie king. Don’t risk your health.

We are frequent customers and typically we enjoy our drinks. Today was a major exception. Our drinks all tasted awful and by awful, I mean we had to go to an appointment right after we got them and they ended up in the trash. The staff today was rude and seemed absolutely put out having to serve customers, also, and it was reflected in the seriously disappointing products we received. What a waste of money this visit was!! If management even reads this, there is a serious coaching opportunity here that needs to be acted upon. Please employ better staff that actually takes pride in their work and values customers.

Terrible service and mediocre smoothies. Whoever worked the drive through this morning around 8:10am; clearly has a problem with someone in uniform. She was full of attitude and rolled her eyes the entire time. Of course the smoothie would reflect her disgusting personality. It's ashamed you would employ someone that discriminates.

2/3/2022 I went their around 2 o'clock and the girl who took my order was rude never gave me my total and when she handed me my drink just said here you go and closed the window fastly to go back and sit on her phone

Sooooo many options. I don't feel like I need to belabor this review with a million details as smoothie kings are fairly well known for their product. Basically with corporate joints like this you only want to know in a business review if they stay true to the consistency of their brand and ....//this location does deliver. Super tasty smoothies with a clean and welcoming staff and environment. A+!

I had a conversation with both the managers, Kaylee and Ana and they are absolutely amazing! They are so polite and had my order of 5 smoothies out so fast! Keep these two around because they are awesome. Definitely deserve a raise!
