My mother took my kids to Bahama Bucks tonight. After paying and realizing that they not only charged her for someone else’s order, she also received the wrong order as well. After bringing it to their attention and waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru with a long line behind her the employee returned to tell her that if she wanted the right order that he was holding in his hand and had already been made she would have to pay for it in addition to the order she had already paid...read full review
I've always enjoyed Bahama Bucksand had good service. Today though, service at the drive through was the SLOWEST Ice ever seen it. there were only 3 people in front of me so i expected to see they were short handed but when i got to the window i saw several employees. Also, i had a dry spot all the way to the bottom of the shaved ice. it would've been nice if they'd used enough syrup to coat everything.
