Went in for the $4.99 buffet deal however ended up paying double that? When we asked the person at the register (i think it was the manager) he said that was with the deal, but like… it wasn’t. Tried reaching out to fix it and got an email back saying, “Should you change your mind before eating they will be happy to give a refund.” Like huh? Y’all already took my money. TLDR: if you’re not sure about price make sure to double check they rang it up right before paying....read full review
Not impressed. MOD was texting on her phone while I was waiting for service. I ordered a special pizza but apparently there was a communication problem with the employee that took the order so it was not made as requested. They didn't notify me when it was done and when I went to check on my order it was already in the buffet and only 3 slices left, which was okay since it wasn't make correctly anyway. Not the best Cicis experience.
