Food was suitable. The atmosphere is cozy. We weren’t familiar with the menu so we had questions. It’s hard to see the menu up so high near the ceiling. But what I want to say is we had good service from Nicole. We took time to speak to her, thank her, tell her everything was fine, smile at her. She brought us each a cookie, which was so touching. She made our experience pleasant and I hope we brightened her day a little too!
I come to College Station often to visit family and this is one of my new fav places to work as some who works from home and needs a good spot with plugs, enough noise to help me concentrate/lock in and this is the perfect place. The staff is awesome and they are so lively and sweet and are a huge part of why I keep coming back here to work a few days a month when I’m in town. The food was decent; not outstanding, not horrible. One of the salads ordered had bad lettuce in it, so James, the Team Manager, wrote the name of the order on a clip board, so that the next time we visit, we will get a discount.
It was a quiet place to have a late lunch with most of the customers being students just studying. The more open front area was where we sat, and I recommend sitting there if you don’t want to be crowded with the studying students.
