“This is the first time I've ever had a Jersey Mike's sub. The employee was so sweet giving me suggestions of their best hot subs. I chose the Philly Cheese Steak sub and Ohhhhh, my goodness it was still hot and fresh when I got home. The rosemary bread was wonderful, and it was loaded with meat, peppers, and onions, and the cheese was so oooey gooey good. I loved it. No pun intended, but it was like Subway. Who? ? I totally recommend Jersey Mike's!!!!“
“Right across the street from campus, it's an easy walk. I ordered the combo, where you get a "skinny" sandwich and a soup for $9.99. Even though it said "skinny" sandwich, it was larger than I thought and enough food. The place has big windows that let a lot of natural light in and was easily the most or one of the most clean food places near campus. Music was quiet and nice, the staff were kind, and the food was pretty good. Overall it was a great experience, would love to come back.“

The restaurant is always clean, the food is always fresh, and the people are always ready to chat you up while you order.I like the classic Italiano, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. “Having lived in Philadelphia, I know what a great cheesesteak is supposed to be. Even though Charleys is kinda fast food style, it's probably the closest thing you will find to a real Philadelphia Cheesesteak place here in Texas. I like this location at the post oak mall because the staff is genuine and fast. The convenience of ordering via the app is another perk- and often my order is ready within 5 min of placing it. The rewards you get through the app are fantastic, and make every visit that much better and worth it. The only downside to this location is that it IS in the mall. However, they also offer delivery for a fee if you don't want to go inside. The menu items include the cheesesteaks but also sandwiches and different kinds of loaded fries. Everything I've tried here has been good (always get the peach lemonade!!), with the exception of the new garlic parmesan fries... they are a bit oily and not as cheesy and garlicky as I had hoped.“

Sandwich size is nice too, we all got mediums thinking it would be enough for one meal and we all took at least half of our meal home for leftovers. Thank you for supporting your customers when mistakes happen.The young lady seemed new and timid, unsure of herself as if her first job. I was trying to be delicate with her as customers, and new jobs can be intimidating at times. But the quick response of the Owner told me this is a 1st class establishment and if in town again, I will remember this restaurant.I do recommend eating at Schlotzsky's at this location. My only recommendation would be to lay the meat evenly on the sandwich. Don't clump a wad in the middle, eating large portions of raw bun on the perimeter of half the bun. And since I am saying this, and Owner seems diligent and supportive on other issues, I am sure he will fix this issue too. “To start, the food is phenomenal every time. Never had a single bite that didn’t make me look like I was a commercial actor over-enjoying the food for the camera. Eyes rolling back and all! Service is quick and the staff is very kind. The owners are some of the best business owners i’ve ever met, truly care about the customers and pride themselves on running a great and friendly restaurant! Extremely awesome and kind, I regularly recommend them to customers at my work and have even had some come back to thank me for doing so! Amazing quality, care in sandwich building, and most consistently fresh ingredients i’ve ever experienced at a sandwich-style place! Due to work hours I mostly order delivery but when I’ve gone into the store the service has always been impeccable. A++ 11/10 3 thumbs up, they’re wonderful!“
