“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the College Station location. We have two toddlers so we did not have an opportunity to dine-in (this time), but the staff and patrons were all so kind as we navigated ordering our to-go lunch. Wonderful experience! Food was exceptional. We ordered two scoops and the broccoli salad. I especially loved that we had enough crackers packed to eat with our salad—that attention to detail means the world as a to-go customer!“

“I have been going to McAlisters since they opened for their authentic and delicious Reuben sandwich. I had none tonight and was so disappointed. The taste was almost the same but it fell apart in my hand. I immediately knew what had happened. The rye bread was no longer grill toasted, it was done in a toaster, therefore the sauce and sauerkraut soaked through the bread making it soggy and I longer edible except with a fork. The staff admitted the grill had been replaced with a toaster. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR GRILL. I am so sad, literally sad because I looked forward to eating my favorite sandwich in my favorite place very often. PLEASE BRING BACK YOUR GRILL.“

“Started at the other location because it’s closer to our home, but ended up with the worst customer service possible, and even got cussed out by an employee. So we made our way to this location off of South College, And was given the most exceptional customer service possible. The whole crew gathered at the window just to make conversation and they were so great and KIND! We told them what happened at the other location and they were helpful with who to contact. WE LOVE THIS LOCATION! This is the one I usually use, but since we moved we tried to go to the one on Harvey Mitchell. Definitely will not be returning there. “Quick, filling meal, I get giant & have lunch AND dinner. Costs more than Subway, so it IS a splurge, but worth it. Bread is very tasty and meats are a bit more , in quantity than usual places , I use 1 than has a drive through.
