It stands out as one of the few places in the area, as many others have closed or are chain brands. The sauce is praised as "awesome", and the meats, including brisket, turkey, and pulled pork, are consistently top-notch. A must-try is the burnt end pork belly, described as "pork candy at its best." The picnic board spread is a highlight, featuring great sides like Mac and cheese and potato salad. The brisket sandwich, which includes 1/2 pound of brisket, is also popular. Friendly staff assist with the ordering process, and the atmosphere includes an indoor area and a quiet outdoor space. The meats are smoked to perfection, and the brisket is so tender it just melts like butter. The best barbecue in town, it's only open a couple days a week, and they tend to sell out of the best meats pretty quick.
