Starbucks in Cypress

“I have only ever done the drive-thru here, but ever since this Starbucks opened it has been my favorite. The coffee and food items are what you'd expect to get at any Starbucks, which is why I don't usually review big chains. However what really makes this particular Starbucks great are the baristas. They just all have this way of being so personable and warm each and every time I go.“

I almost walked extra to go to a non-chain for coffee this morning. Jasmine, the new store manager, confirmed that I made the right choice to go to this Starbucks! She was chatty and engaging, brought my dine-in food and coffee to my table on real china, and even remembered to say goodbye to me by name an hour later. She said this was her favorite store and told me a personal and memorable anecdote.

One of the main reasons I would choose local over SBUX is for a truly personal, small-brand experience. Jasmine provided that. I rarely give my name because personalized service is tokenistic and transactional here. But Jasmine changed my buyer behavior by using my name to create a relationship. And now, I'll look forward to stopping at this particular Starbucks.

The team here consistently goes above and beyond—they’re always helpful, welcoming, and greet customers with genuine smiles that make a big difference in starting your day off right. The store is always clean, well-organized, and has a really pleasant smell that makes it a comfortable place. It just feels more inviting compared to many other locations. I’ve been to a few Starbucks in the Cypress area, and this one truly stands out above the rest. The combination of friendly service, cleanliness, and overall positive vibe makes it my go-to spot. “I am a regular here and have been since they opened a few years ago. I love that it’s in our neighborhood. I love that there is somewhere I can go and have a drink and get out of the house. I am someone with a severe chronic illness who is often bed bound so it feels good to walk in and get greeted by the very kind and polite employees that always remember my name on the days I can get up. This is often the only place I am able to go all week. It has a real neighborhood feel and I like the renovations they did recently. This location is awesome. As a whole, I wish Starbucks would get more sugar-free flavor for diabetics or those needing low carb/low sugar drinks, but that isn’t a local decision. This location always alters my drinks for me.“

“I came in today ordered 3 drinks and snacks for pickup. The employees were incredibly sweet and attentive and immediately greeted me without hesitation to assist me. Not to mention the drinks were made exactly how I wanted and to PERFECTION. I wish I could’ve shown how pretty the drinks looked as we already finished it lol.“

“So this SBUX is located inside the Marketplace Kroger. Like any other highly customer focused SBUX location. Mega store. Clean. Noticed Kroger sanitized all sitting area part of which is closed. Liked to environment. My visit was @ early AM so very few people. Even better. :-)“
