Starbucks in Cypress

“I have only ever done the drive-thru here, but ever since this Starbucks opened it has been my favorite. The coffee and food items are what you'd expect to get at any Starbucks, which is why I don't usually review big chains. However what really makes this particular Starbucks great are the baristas. They just all have this way of being so personable and warm each and every time I go.“

“I came in today ordered 3 drinks and snacks for pickup. The employees were incredibly sweet and attentive and immediately greeted me without hesitation to assist me. Not to mention the drinks were made exactly how I wanted and to PERFECTION. I wish I could’ve shown how pretty the drinks looked as we already finished it lol.“

“Your neighborhood coffee shop.

I almost walked extra to go to a non-chain for coffee this morning. Jasmine, the new store manager, confirmed that I made the right choice to go to this Starbucks! She was chatty and engaging, brought my dine-in food and coffee to my table on real china, and even remembered to say goodbye to me by name an hour later. She said this was her favorite store and told me a personal and memorable anecdote.

One of the main reasons I would choose local over SBUX is for a truly personal, small-brand experience. Jasmine provided that. I rarely give my name because personalized service is tokenistic and transactional here. But Jasmine changed my buyer behavior by using my name to create a relationship. And now, I'll look forward to stopping at this particular Starbucks.

Great job, Jasmine! Your store was clean, your employees happily engaged in their work, and your service so memorable that you made me a fan.“

“This Starbucks location is easily one of the best I’ve visited. The team here consistently goes above and beyond—they’re always helpful, welcoming, and greet customers with genuine smiles that make a big difference in starting your day off right. The store is always clean, well-organized, and has a really pleasant smell that makes it a comfortable place. It just feels more inviting compared to many other locations. I’ve been to a few Starbucks in the Cypress area, and this one truly stands out above the rest. The combination of friendly service, cleanliness, and overall positive vibe makes it my go-to spot. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re nearby!“

“Best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time! The coffee expert working Jenny was so friendly and answered all my annoying questions and Did it with a a smile! Will definitely be back to this location just based on the great customer service! 😊“

“I am a regular here and have been since they opened a few years ago. I love that it’s in our neighborhood. I love that there is somewhere I can go and have a drink and get out of the house. I am someone with a severe chronic illness who is often bed bound so it feels good to walk in and get greeted by the very kind and polite employees that always remember my name on the days I can get up. This is often the only place I am able to go all week. It has a real neighborhood feel and I like the renovations they did recently. This location is awesome. As a whole, I wish Starbucks would get more sugar-free flavor for diabetics or those needing low carb/low sugar drinks, but that isn’t a local decision. This location always alters my drinks for me.“

“No need of review for Starbucks because it self name of quality. Specifically I give a big remarkable appreciation to Associate Jervana. Her service is awesome, efficient, fast and friendly. Store is clean and hygienic. Overall very good handling the store. *****“

“My favorite Starbucks!!! My coffee is always perfect. It’s always hot. Ms. Leisa does a wonderful job & so has everyone else I’ve encountered when she isn’t there. If you are new to Starbucks don’t be afraid to try new drinks as they are patient however they will perfect your favorite drink!!“

“My family came in Sunday and there was a girl named Amy something, she was literally doing the work of like 3 people. She took our order, made some ingredients, mocha or drizzle something, whatever! She did whole bunch of food and ran it herself, then I saw her restocking straws and napkins too. She even cleaned up my kid’s vomit in the bathroom :( I felt so bad! I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 10 years, I swear I’ve never seen one person do that much. I mean, very impressive 🤷🏻‍♀ but girl needs some help!“

“So, i was looking for a Starbucks where I could sit and read while I drank my coffee and ate a sandwich. It had to be a Starbucks because I have a gift card from my daughter. I am in Northwest Houston for the day so I looked at photos of the various Starbucks on Google Maps near me. Surprisingly I couldn’t find pictures of the interior of the four or five Starbucks within 5 miles.
I thought I saw the edge of a chair in this one so here I am enjoying a caramel latte in a ceramic cup, eating a sausage, cheddar and egg muffin and sitting a a table with moderately comfortable dining chairs with padded eats. All is good.
The service was very pleasant, it was good to see them offering ceramic mugs for drinking in.
As usual at Starbucks the toilets were clean and well stocked.“

“This location is beyond amazing! The staff and management are extremely professional & polite. I’ve been coming to this location for over 7 years and I’m never disappointed (except for when the mobile app is down lol). Keep up the superb work/service!“

“I came here and got a caramel frappe, add an espresso and no cool whip. The gentlemen made it horribly. It tasted like blended milk. I ended up throwing it away. Then I decided I really wanted one so went back to purchase another and that's when I asked the woman if she could make it and i explained how my other one was. She made it for me free of charge. Great customer service. She also did an amazing job. It tasted great. He however needs a little more training.“
