Everytime I PURCHASE a beverage, this young man seems to be so careless on making sure my drink is how I order it. This is now the 4th time he’s made my drink horribly. My drink alone is 11.00 so I expect it to be right. When I brought it to his attention , he tried to excuse it because I got half n half. This is my “go to” drink so I know how it’s made. Last night I came to pick up 11 cups. The lady has short hair, she looks like a Mexican/Filipino was so RUDE to me. They were talking, joking, and arguing with other workers. They split some of my drinks and cleaned them with a wet towel.

I ordered my drink at 6:40AM and there was 1 barista working. She prioritized all the online orders ahead of mine. It’s 7:05AM and I still do not have my drinks. This was a surprise for my daughter’s birthday before school. And I missed taking her to school because this location is under staffed. I will never be back.
