“I've been here just a handful of times. But everyone behind the bar, and the customers have been polite, friendly, and looking good. The place has been well kept up on all of my visits. And they were very fast to serve up my order of a single coffee.Vegetarian options: Their pastries, salads, fruits, snacks, and some of their other offerings are considered vegetarian.Parking: There is parking all around the building. And if you come after the business next door closes, you can park in those spaces too.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is almost always kid-friendly. Just no happy-meals, or playground like some of the other places.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, This Starbucks is AWDA compliant. And I believe all of their stories are as well.“
“We love our ladies and our Starbucks inside Krogers at West Lake Houston Parkway. They are our morning routine. They know my order when we come in. Always friendly always smiling. Have never waited for our order. Always leave in a timely fashion and with a smile. Informational on drinks and super helpful. 10 stars! We have gone other stores before but this is our home.Dietary restrictions: I can only have 300 milligrams of caffeine per day and I use it here at Starbucks. Cindy helped me find the right drink order for me with my daily limit in mind so that I can breastfeed my son safely and still get my coffee kick. Love love this store and these ladies.“
“Super impressed with the barista Megan this morning. She was on point and doing her thing when making drinks, multi tasking and getting things done. As busy as she was at making drinks she made my drink as ordered (can’t say this about a previous Starbucks a I went to an hour prior) as to why I stopped at this location. Also adding that today is Christmas and they were extremely busy.“
“This is a location inside of a Target, and while there are standalone locations in the area, I rather stop into this one.The service is consistently great, no matter the time of day or barista. The food & drinks are usually good, and the rare occasion that the coffee wasn’t quite up to par, it was more on the Starbucks supply side of things than the location itself.This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area, possibly the best I’ve been to, and even if I’m not shopping at Target that day, I still like to stop in here for a coffee here.“
“I walked into my favorite Starbucks today and ask the barista’s if they had any drinks that they could customize in a way, that would be amazing to not only me, but my taste buds and many more customers to come. I wondered what they could do to a Trenta blended strawberry açai that will be unique to give them a challenge, and boy did they pull through. They added chocolate foam to the top of it, and it tasted like a chocolate dipped strawberry. You should try this drink but, it is custom. Asking for a blended strawberry Açaí with chocolate foam on top and that’s it. This is what it looks like.“
“At the kenswick and 1960 area the guy working the window slammed the window in my face while I was talking. The wait in line was over 35 minutes I online ordered 1 drink way ahead of time. When I finally got to the window I saw my watered down drink just sitting by the window while he talked with the other batista. When I said I paid to much to be looking at my order and not getting any customer service he slammed the window while I was talking“
“Friendly inside the store Starbucks. There was no wait time and lady at front was great at knowing her drinks. Asked her for recommendations and something with brown sugar was a good hit. Cake pops were good and help my shopping experience.“
“Their ticket system for mobile orders was down but people could still submit orders without issue. The poor girl at front making the mobile orders was completely surrounded by Karens and people that have no patience. They handled it very well since the only way to actually make someones order was to see their receipt from the app and then remember who had what. Handled very well under pressure they all deserve a raise but especially the sweet girl at the front. It’s my fault for not asking for her name.“
“Went to pick up a drink for my husband. He ordered online. I was greeted as I walked in through the door. The cashier was friendly and attentive. There were at least 7 other people waiting on drinks so I had to wait as well. I sat at a table and my hand stuck to it. It was very sticky, the table needed cleaning. Other than that all the workers were working as fast as they could to get the orders out in a timely manner, and they did indeed.“
