This Starbucks used to be great. I have no idea what changed but I think they have new management. Since the change this place is painfully slow. Expect to wait a good 20 minutes or more for your coffee. The drive through is always packed and backed up. The quality is not great either. I got a breakfast sandwich this morning that was stale and rock hard. The coffee is often well below the full line; you pay for a venti but are most likely getting less than a grande. The place was clean and had great customer service and food! I wasn't sure what to get but the lady taking my order was very helpful and recommended the pumpkin spice with some extra stuff on top and it was amazing, probably one of the best drinks I've had in a while!Food: 5/5
