Starbucks in Tomball

“Great Salted Caramel Mocha here. Friendly staff. Problems are it's too small of a store and it takes a while to get your drink if you just walk in and not order ahead of time. Plus there's no where to wait for your order. It seems like they are only catering to drive thru and mobile orders. Other than that, everything else was great. Clean store and clean restrooms.“

“1/24/26 2:40pm So I come to this location quite often, because it's such a convenient spot to go to... Now let me start off with the drinks are always great. They always taste wonderful, but the service or their intercom system. I can't quite figure it out. But I always come and get the same thing. Every single time I get a venti caramel, mocha Frappuccino, with whipped cream top and bottom with the Carmel, blended with the mocha in the drink, and every single time I get a Grande handed to me At the window and I always say, is that a venti and they go oh no, and then they take it back. Now, I can't figure out if they just can't understand me at the drive through or where the delay is, but it never fails, I always get handed a Grande at the window, even though, I specifically say venti and then I even elaborate and say a large Because I can't figure out where the mishap is coming from. If they just can't understand me or if it's the intercom, but like I said, the drinks come out great even though they still place the caramel on the top, instead of blending it in, I'll wait for it to melt down a little bit. And then I'll just mix it myself. If we could just figure out where that disconnect is at everything would be perfect. The staff is always greatly friendly, even when the Drink is messed up, they say, sorry, take it back immediately and bring me out a new one, but yeah, I'll keep coming back. Because like I said, the location is extremely convenient. I mean, when leaving work or coming to work and I don't have to deviate for my plan not a bit, but if I'm ever in a rush, I can't even stop because I already know, I'll have to wait extra long for it to get made a second time. That's the only drawback.“

“The customer service at the Starbucks is exceptional! I really wanted to try a new drink (the oleato cold foam) , but I was concerned I wasn’t gonna like it so the barista Kyle made me a small version of it along with my regular drink and didn’t charge me for the tester! Thank you Kyle ?Tea drinkers if you haven’t tried their Matcha tea latte is amazing add peppermint syrup and it’s like a brand new drink!“

“They always treat me so welcomed and well here. I always come over from my job at PetSmart and they remember my name and for the most part my orders. They make the frappes so beautiful and fabulous ? I love the Starbucks fam here. Frappe made by Vanessa's :)“

One team member in particular — KRISTINA— always takes care of me at the drive-thru and even knows me by name. That personal touch truly makes my day and puts a smile on my face every time I come through. It’s rare to find service that genuine and attentive.“

“Upbeat, fun, welcoming- this is always my impression of the baristas at this Starbucks. I never wait long at the drive thru no matter what time of day I go. Klarissa is always a gem and my interactions with her brighten my day no matter the mood I am in. I know there are lots of options for your morning fix, but stopping at the Starbucks always gives me a little extra boost.“
