This location is very slow. It is usually quite busy though. Half of the problem are the customers in that area as well. The drinks are always really good which makes up for the 15 - 20 minute wait timrs.
Cannonball Refresher, my new favorite, try it!

Starbucks Coffee Company at this location is known for its convenient drive-thru service, making it easy for customers to pick up their favorite drinks without leaving their cars. The drinks consistently receive high praise for their great taste, with many customers enjoying their caramel mocha Frappuccinos, often mentioning how delicious and well-made they are. Despite the drinks being good, some customers experience long wait times, typically around 15-20 minutes, especially during busy hours. This slow service is partly due to the busy environment and partly because of delays at the drive-thru, with some customers noting issues with the intercom system or order accuracy. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who are quick to apologize and correct mistakes when drinks are not prepared as ordered. The staff’s kindness often brightens customers’ days, even when there are mishaps. The location’s main drawback is the wait time, which can be frustrating if in a rush. The absence of seating makes it a strictly drive-thru and walk-up spot, which some find limiting. Overall, customers value the location for its convenience, friendly service, and quality drinks, and many express a desire to return despite occasional delays. For those in the area seeking a quick, friendly coffee run, this Starbucks is a popular choice, especially for its great drinks and helpful staff.
