I’m a frequent Starbucks patron and visit a couple of different stores throughout the week, depending on the time and where I happen to be when the coffee mood strikes. Most of my experiences are good, but today’s was even better.
Heidy, at the drive-thru window, was as nice as they come. As soon as she scanned my app, she looked at her screen and, with a big smile, looked back at me and said, “Happy Birthday!”
