Based on reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location has very mixed experiences. The wait is often ridiculous and slow, with orders getting messed up frequently. Some customers have waited over 45 minutes for drinks. The drive-through can be fast for some, but other times the drive-through idiots take up the entire lot, making it impossible to park. Mobile orders are often ignored, with items out of stock or sitting behind the counter getting cold. One customer ordered a $9 sandwich that was poorly assembled and lacking most of its ingredients. However, other reviews describe the staff as upbeat, fun, welcoming, and wonderful. The food and beverages are great, and the ambiance is pretty cool. The AC is great in the heat. Some visits are worth the wait, and the operation is back to its norm. The employees themselves are great, but the service needs better execution.
