Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cypress

“Chipotle always has good quality food. I invariably get the carnitas bowl with white rice, black beans, all three kinds of salsa, guacamole - in other words, loaded - and usually, chips and salsa. On this trip, I got the usual. It did not disappoint. This is a new location, the only one I've ever seen with a drive-thru. And the only way to order is online; there is no menu board when you drive up. I was already there and hadn't pre-ordered, so I went inside to order. Service was good, the girls were courteous and efficient. I'll be back.“

“I've been to this location multiple times. I was back April 2nd. Whoever took my order gave me very very small amounts of everything. When she got to the cheese, she barely gave me any. Like 4 or 5 strings. I asked for more and she repeated same amount. So I asked for me and same amount. I asked, why are u giving me such a small amount? She just smiled with no explanation. So I got my order and left. I was frustrated, because it felt like I was begging them for correct amount of cheese. Mind u, this is the 1st time that ever happened. So I called that location and I spoke with their manager, Aurora. She was very sweet and very apologetic. She offered me a free meal and said come back when u are ready. Fast forward a month later, I went back. I didn't know if she would remember. As soon as I mentioned my name, she said, oh Philip! Yes, I remember u. I was shocked she remembered me. She gave me a free meal and offered a drink a chips. Wow! Aurora is all that! And a bag of chips! 😂 i will always frequent Chipotle! Best place ever!“

“Food is always great and fresh but was told I couldn’t have any extra cilantro. Seriously how hard is a simple small container of cilantro; was told it’s company policy. If so please advise the other stores to stop being so polite and offering it up when asked..

“This is the best chipotle in a 50 mile radius. Keep it up ! I see a complain about the tables. It’s cuz they are busy. Ya they chat alot but they get it done. As long as the foods cooked and good and they don’t run out of stuff. You can’t complain“
