“I’ve been coming to the Chipotle on Lake Plaza Dr for almost a year, and they never disappoint! The food is always fresh, portions are generous, and everything is consistently well-prepared. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always provide great service, even when it’s busy. Easily one of my favorite Chipotle locations, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!“
“The customer service was so good!! I usually go there to pick up my lunch and the employees never fail to be nice and welcoming. The food was fresh and warm and everything was served to my liking. This guy with glasses and curly hair is always recommending me new stuff to try and gets my food ready just in time. This location is my go to for sure!!“
“This place has honestly been consistently solid every time I’ve gone.
The restaurant is clean, the serving line is kept organized, and even during a rush they still make an effort to maintain good sanitary standards. I’ve seen the line stretch close to the door, and somehow they still get everyone through surprisingly fast without everything turning into chaos.
I think a lot of people forget what it’s like to work food service. Not every serious expression is a personal attack. Sometimes people are just focused because there are 20–30 customers waiting. Some which are like on a 1 hour lunch break and don’t want to spend all of it waiting in line. I’ve also seen people get upset over things employees can’t control. That’s company policy, not the person behind the counter. It holds up the line and makes you look like a clown fr. It’s crazy because when I go to chipotle and order I know what I want and I get it boom bam bop it’s done and I’m out the door in 5 minutes in the car eating tacos with the AC on without a care in the world. Saw one dude almost pop a vein in his head over a water cup.
From what I’ve seen, this location is well run. The staff works hard, the food is prepared quickly, and the store stays cleaner than a lot of fast-casual restaurants during peak hours. For a Chipotle close to home, that’s about all you can ask for.

“Sropped in this evening and the gentleman who made my order was extremely pleasant! Thank you for wonderful service. I ate in, and the music selection also seemed to have something for everyone, different genres. I'll keep this spot in mind for when I pass through again.

“The staff at this location is friendly and efficient. The line moves quickly and the food is always fresh. I frequent this particular location at least twice a week and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Keep up the good work, Chipotle!“
“The gentleman that just helped me was very nice and quick he’s the only one working as well! Only thing is the other big girl with glasses didn’t help, wiped down the counter getting the dirty towel in the sour cream and queso, also wiping food into the containers again rather than removing them and wiping she needs to be reevaluated and not do that it’s nasty not only as a worker but as an individual.“
“This isn't for the store..it's for the staff that was working 27AUG during/after the storm. The system went down causing a back up in orders..then they had a whole school team come in..only 3 on shift and they handled it very well! No one had a bad attitude or showed signs of being overwhelmed. They all just started working! Kudos to them for not letting a bad situation ruin their entire shift.“
