Amazing customer service!!!
I keep coming back to Chipotle because I love their food and the quality always seems high. The portion sizes for the meat continues to decline. The frustrating part is that even when you pay for it they don’t want to give it to you. For this reason, I have started going to Cava. If you want the same type of delightful meal with high quality generous portions, go to the Cava at Spring Steubner and 45 or the back of the Woodlands. This isn't for the store..it's for the staff that was working 27AUG during/after the storm. The system went down causing a back up in orders..then they had a whole school team come in..only 3 on shift and they handled it very well! No one had a bad attitude or showed signs of being overwhelmed. They all just started working! Kudos to them for not letting a bad situation ruin their entire shift.
